Author Brea L.R.

Brea L.R. (formerly Brea Behn) started writing at the age of fifteen when she wrote a memoir for her twin brother. Brea found healing and strength in writing and speaking about her loss. Especially, to help others grow and heal as well. Currently, she writes dystopian, children’s fiction, and nonfiction self-help with eight books and many short stories published. She is represented by the Purcell Agency. Brea has a degree in digital marketing. Brea also offers marketing services to help writers get their start at publishing. She also loves to make things from scratch, anything with animals, and loves movies.

Brea lives in Wisconsin with her two children, her husband, and their cats.

  • What does Brea write?

    Brea is a hybrid author. She got her first yes from an independent publisher in 2014 with Wolves in the Woods. She published two more books with that publisher before signing with an agent. Brea now has nine books published and is represented by the Purcell Agency.
